A career built in hospitality
My experience spans luxury hotels, fine dining, resorts, development kitchens and wider hospitality operations. Working in senior culinary roles and 2 Rosette kitchens has shaped the standards I bring to Thyme & Plaice.
As Executive Chef at Mottram Hall, Development Chef for Sous Vide Tools and New Product & Development Lead for Life Café & Resorts, I have worked across both the creative and commercial sides of food.
Today, I use that experience to create memorable private dining, help hospitality businesses solve practical problems and showcase cooking equipment and culinary ideas.
The approach
Personal, considered, practical
I begin by understanding what you want to achieve. For a private dinner, that means the guests, occasion and food you love. For a business, it means your operation, team and priorities.
From there, I develop an approach that suits the brief and the setting, with clear communication about what is included and how it will be delivered.
Quality, creativity, consistency and service run through everything I do.
